  • Working with Inward Success is different for each individual or group client. Typically, there is a main component of mindfulness meditation and stress management strategies to improve a healthy and productive holistic lifestyle. Based on an inquiry process, together, we will cater the coaching process or well-being programs to what will most benefit the setting you are in.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy and does not diagnose disorders or severe traumas. Life coaching primarily focuses on current life goals, present-moment awareness, and what an individual wants to do and be in order to have the life they want. 

    Inward Success is committed to individuals and organizations that are dedicated to personal growth and have an interest in making a meaningful impact on self and others.

  • Typical coaching sessions include a hybrid blend of performance (objectives and outcomes) and developmental (new capabilities and self-awareness) methods.

    15-20 minute consultation to determine: Good fit, time expectations, cost, logistics, gain understanding of values, purpose, and why now is a good time to start.

    Intake Session: The initial session is designed to build knowledge of unique and customized whole person coaching process and deepen understanding and connection.

    6-8 Core Sessions: These sessions are the cornerstones of the holistic well-being coaching model which include various modalities and effective tools that are customized to meet your needs and measure key indicators of success.

    Concluding Discussion: Provides opportunity to reflect  and determine next steps for future growth. 

  • No, you do not need to sign a formal contract for individual coaching sessions. However, for coaching sessions there is an agreement that does require signature that states a description of coaching services, fees, cancelation policy, confidentiality, and a liability waiver. An intake form and questionnaire may also be provided during the initial sessions. However, if you are utilizing corporate wellness consultation services, a Statement of Work from both parties will be executed and signed.

  • Yes. I work with organization of all sizes with customized programs and consulting services that meet your unique needs.

  • No. Meditation and mindfulness are for everyone, not just those with prior experience. Whether you’re intrigued, skeptical, experienced, highly trained, or anywhere in between, Inward Success is made for you.

  • Typically, there is an initial conversation with an executive leadership team member to better understand and align with purpose and objectives. Based on the desired outcomes that are established, a statement of work with detailed services is established.

  • Yes, there is an opportunity for a 15-20 minute consultation call to determine if Inward Success is a good fit for you.

  • Yes, on many occasions, an individual needs personal instruction to experience the mechanics of a mindfulness practice and demystify beliefs associated with mediation. A tailored and personal meditation instruction has shown to have tremendous benefits of establishing a foundation and integrated practice.

  • The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).

    The IPEC coaching process includes a core energy process that helps people tap into their inner purpose and passion to manifest extraordinary results.

  • According to IPEC coaching, there are different levels of energy that help people align with their well-being goals and choices. 

    These energies, along with various foundational principles help guide decisions, navigate change, and govern behaviors. Some of these foundations principles are:

    -Life offers neither problems nor challenges; only opportunities.

    -The answers to all question lie within. Every one of us is greater and wiser than we appear to be.

    -Each moment describes who you are and gives you the opportunity to decide if that who you want to be.

    -The greatest freedom is freedom of choice.

    -You cannot make a mistake.

    -Nothing exist in isolation of anything else.

    -Truth is power.

  • Conscious Kids, initially established in 1998, is a program designed for both teachers and school aged children that can be taught in a classroom or learning environment. The curriculum includes knowledge and practical application of mindfulness meditation, socio-emotional skills, and healthy lifestyle choices. The Conscious Kids program may be utilized as a professional development opportunity for teaching staff to instruct mindful life skills to students, while also rediscovering their own sense of calm in the classroom and passion for the teaching profession.

  • The four cornerstones of Chopra Coaching are purpose, intention, meaning, and shadow. 

  • There are 4 fundamental principles for a well-being coaching/client relationship:

    1. You are the expert of your own life. The coaching relationship encourages the client to discover their unique path and develop self-efficacy.

    2. Your true self is already whole and complete. The coach holds the vision of what’s possible.

    3. The past is unchangeable. The coaching sessions identify present and future spaces of infinite potential and opportunities. 

    4. Coach and Client are part of an equal relationship and not built on a hierarchy. The focus is primarily on the purpose of growth and transformation.
